Common questions

Which Odoo versions do you work with?

Our apps target Odoo 19, on both Community and Enterprise. For project work we take on migrations from earlier versions and can advise on the upgrade path from anything 14 onwards.

Do you only sell apps, or do you take on bespoke projects?

Both. The apps exist because we kept solving the same problems in client projects. If your requirement is close to one of our apps we will configure and extend it; if it is genuinely bespoke we will scope a custom build.

Can you take over an Odoo system another partner built?

Yes. We start with a paid technical audit: code review, security check and an honest report on what to keep, fix or rewrite. You get the report whether or not you continue with us.

How do engagements usually start?

Email support@latasys.com with a short description of what you need. We reply within one business day, usually with a call invitation and a rough sizing. Fixed-scope quotes and monthly retainers are both available.
